1. Happy New Year.. – No doubt ! This Song Chumma TN fullaa adhhhhurra poagudhu with Dr.Burn`s rap voice playing together with a village folk tune..(Sureeeeeee Hit : waitin to watch thalaivar`s dance for this one..Thanaanae thannananae..

2. Dandana Darrrrna.. – Normal Thathuvakk Kuthu Song ! Worth mentioning amazing & uplifting Kaattu beattu for second stanza(Likely to be a hit song with Thalaivar`s dance)

3. Thaen thaen .. — A mild melody with Udit narayanan and Shreya goshal`s voice..(No spl comments – can be a hit song if picturisation doesn’t spoil)

4. Palaanadhu Palanaadhu.. – A Baangra style Punjabi nachlae type song…(Likely to be a hit song with Thalaivar`s dance)

5. Theme music.. – No doubt ! Starting in a rock style..continuing with a pop rap & ending with village type kuthu rap again by Dr.Burn…(Sureeee Hit : Ye kuruvi kuruvi adichhhhaaa…)

6. Mozha Mozha nu.. – fast moving folk type kuthu song with Anuradha sriram`s voice.. (Sureee hit song with Thalaivar`s and Trishu`s dance)

Kuruvi – Flying Officially w.e.f April 14th

NEWS : Kuruvi officially sings on Monday! That’s true, the audio of much awaited “Kuruvi” will set the doors open on April 14th 2008 to the frenzy fans of Ilayathalapathy. A product of threesome ‘Ilayathalapathy’ Vijay, Director Dharani and Music Director Vidya Sagar’s audio will roll starting this Monday.

VFN has officially confirmed this exclusive news from trusted sources however with the shooting going at a fast phase in Hyderabad, its yet not clear if there would be a function for the launch. Whilst we have learnt that audio release functions are planned. The confirmation depends only if the shooting gets completed on time at Hyderabad schedule.

The audio would be available from ‘AnAk Audios’ in Stores around the world. Ayngaran, the international distributer would be making a similar release outside India.

The News from ANI: India Cements, the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchisee for Chennai, on Tuesday 18^th March 2008 announced that it has signed up Tamil cinestars Vijay and Nayanthara as brand ambassadors for the team Chennai Superkings.India Cements executive president T S Raghupathy and former cricketer. Srikkanth said that Vijay and Nayanthara would endorse Chennai Super Kings, appear on hoardings and IPL television advertisements, and also cheer captain M S Dhoni and his team.“The idea of bringing star ambassadors like Vijay and Nayanthara is to popularise the team and get more members for Chennai Super Kings. We will have a lot of support for Chennai Super Kings,” Srikkanth said.

Vijay and Nayanthara who will lend the touch of glamour to the Chennai team are stars riding a wave and are extremely popular in south India.India Cements Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) President and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) treasurer N Srinivasan, the franchisee owner of Chennai Super Kings has pulled a coup by getting two of the hottest stars in south to endorse for them.

Indian pacer L. Balaji who last played for India Red at Chennai in 2006 has also been included as an additional bowler in the Chennai Super Kings team.

The first match will be held on April 23 in Chennai followed by one each in Mohali, Kolkata and Mumbai.
